Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days before the data, authorization and credentials are handed over to the clients. Our clients get a 7 days grace period to test the cross platform feasibility and perform in house testing of the services provided. If 7 days have passed since your software is live and no complains, requests have been received, we will deem the project to be completed and will share all the details with you.
Please note that UI,UX designs and Logo designing is non-refundable. We will however cater to your request for change for 7 days post delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at admin@techboksolutions.com. We will send you the refund form to initiate the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
